Tate Exists, I promise....
So this post is for my sister who just tonight said that Tate doesn't really exist to her since she has not been able to see him yet. Part of that makes my heart break because it kills me that most of our families will see him for the first time when he is over 3 months old.....they just change so much so quickly that I feel like they have missed part of my sweet little boy. He is such a fun and good little boy. I have enjoyed every moment I have with him and Hudson. I truly am incredibly blessed with my family and don't know what I would do without my boys.....Tim included. I love you all. Here is a sampling of his newborn pics I just finished editing........finally.

Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf??????
I couldn't help but quickly post some of these pictures from our Ward Halloween Party tonight. Hudson completely stole the show and won the best costume!! We had a blast and he was such a trooper. He actually kept the nose and hood on through the whole trick or treating part. I honestly didn't think he was going to do it until we showed him in the mirror the fur hood and the wolf nose. Then he got excited to be the Big Bad Wolf again. I wish you all could have seen him.....he was the cutest/scariest wolf. Could I be getting over my lifelong fear of wolves???????????

I am a slacker............................
So it has been awhile. I don't know what my problem is, but this post has been looming in the back of my mind for about 6 weeks now, and now finally, I have broken the cycle. Hopefully I will be better from now on. With this post I just wanted to get caught up, so it is basically going to be a million pictures. I have a ton of our new little addition, Tate, and then other pictures of different outings with Hudson. Hopefully this will get me started again and it won't be so hard.
In the most recent news, Tate finally arrived. It has been so fun to be the mother of two boys......a little crazy, but fun. Hudson has loved his little brother and continually says, "cute baby Tate". He is finally adjusted to this new little one in our house, after a few rounds of serious time out, and is great with him. I feel for the first child- it just throws you for a loop when not EVERYTHING in life is centered around you. As for the delivery, it was significantly shorter. I still had serious contractions for about a day, but it was definitely better than the 3 days I experienced with Hudson. Once I was finally into labor and delivery, they started me on pitocin and about an hour later, my water broke. Then about 45 mins after that, I called the nurse to come and check my epidural because I was feeling immense pain shooting down my left leg. She brought the doctor in to check on me at which point she said, " the baby's head is right here, we are going to push and have a baby right now." I thought that was a great idea......I pushed 3 times and done. Everything was great, although Tate did some have issues transitioning. He couldn't quite get everything out of his lungs, so they had to work on him for about an hour afterward. They were about to take him to the NICU, but then the doctor came in and finally got his lungs going. I was so glad they didn't have to take him. We stayed 2 days in the hospital and then brought him home. Tate was born a week early, so we were home for about 3 days before my mom came. She stayed for 10 days which was so nice and of course not long enough. Still to this day Hudson will periodically say, "mommy cry cuz grandma go". Needless to say, it took us awhile to get over it. Since then, life has become normal. I still don't venture out too much, but things are becoming easier and life with two has been a pretty easy transition. Tate definitely helps that since he really is a good baby. He has his fussy time, but honestly having Tate has made me realize just how bad Hudson was!! I know that is mean to say, but really, he gave us a good run. I am thankful though for everything that I learned and I will say it wasn't all his fault. His stomach issues definitely played a role.
Anyway, we are all doing great. We bless Tate on the 2nd of Nov. so my parents and Tim's will be out to visit. We are so excited and so blessed to have great families that are so supportive. I have to get ready now for mutual as I have a new calling as the MiaMaid advisor.....and PS. TIM WAS CALLED TO TEACH EARLY MORNING SEMINARY.... in addition to being recalled to the Stake Young Mens Presidency!! Yeah it was a bit of a shock, but he is way excited and the youth in our ward are great. We definitely have a full plate, but we are thankful to serve. Again, we love you all and hope all is going well. Keep us updated!!

Tater Tot is HERE!
Well, for those of you that don't know, Tate Almon Mosher was born on September 11 at 10:53 pm. He was 7 lbs 8 oz and 20 in long. I will let Tanis fill in all of the details after she and Tate come home from the hospital tomorrow evening. Everything went smoothly and both Tanis and Tate are doing great. He is probably the cutest little boy to be born since Hudson (and that is my completely unbiased opinion.) Thank you to all of our friends and family for all of your love and support. Hudson loves his new brother and as you can see in the pictures, loves to hold Baby Tate. Tanis is doing well and was amazing through the whole process. She is an incredible mom and wife and us three boys are so lucky to have her. Here are a few pictures. More will be coming I am sure.

Our little Pyro..............
So this past weekend, Tim, Hudson and I traveled to OhioPyle state park here in PA for a little camping. I wasn't sure how the whole sleeping under the stars thing would go for me since I am now 8 months pregnant and enormous. But Hudson was so pumped to go and just kept saying, "mommy, camping, catch nemo" so of course we couldn't say no. I was actually really glad we went and amazingly enough, I slept most of the night and used my will power to fight the urge of having to make 50 bathroom trips in the middle of the night. It is amazing what the mind can do........
We went with our neighbors and really good friends the Irvings, and spent the night and most of the day up there. We had a blast hanging out by the fire, checking out the natural waterslides and waterfalls and then fishing by the river. It was absolutely beautiful there. The more I see of Pittsburgh in the summer, the more I LOVE it. We had to drive through these small little towns with these unbelievably beautiful farms and I just kept thinking to myself....I could live there and there and there, if only my family lived there too. So I think everyone should start thinking a little bit.....Erica and Tyler are getting closer with moving to CT, which I am so completely pumped about- within driving distance....I am already planning my first trip. Anyway, it really is beautiful this time of year.
So we had a great time and it seems that with every trip we go on, we learn a little more about ourselves and especially our child. Turns out, Hudson is a Pyro. He is definitely related to the Tuttle side of things since Tyler and basically everyone in my family is obsessed with fire. He would not keep sticks out of the fire and honestly thought it was the coolest thing in the world to stick it in and then pull it out and have it flaming up. I have included some pictures.
Anyway, we love you all and hope you are doing great. Only 5 weeks left.....I am definitely counting down the days. I will keep you updated. Tate Almon Mosher is almost here!!

A much needed update..........
So I thought it was about time that I actually posted something different on this blog. How does time go by so fast and why does it seem like a chore to post!! I am ridiculous I know, but sometimes it seems like this is just too daunting to actually do it. Heaven knows I am a mess, and I just need to take the time to sit down and do it- that is all there is to it. Needless to say, there is much to catch up on.
In the most recent news, we had a GREAT time out west. We were able to spend close to a month visiting family throughout Idaho and Utah and had such a great time. It was a much needed break as Tim had been studying for boards up until the time that we left. He took them right at the beginning of the break and did well, thankfully. It was a stressful few months at our house as I was playing single parent and Tim was well, at the library and studying all the time. Thank heaven that is behind us now and we are on to our 3rd year of dental school!! Sometimes I cannot believe how fast it has gone and that we are half way there now. It is very exciting. Tim is enjoying this new semester and starting to get experience in the clinic. I am doing well also- basically buying time until Sept. 18th when this baby comes. For the most part, things have been going well although the no sleep and discomfort is starting to settle in. I am now 33 weeks and am excited to see what this baby is going to look like! It is hard to imagine anything different than Hudson- blonde hair, blue eyes- but it honestly could be the complete opposite. It will be interesting. Hudson is also doing great, still loving cars and everything that goes along with that. Of most recent note, we moved Hudson to his big boy bed the night that we came home from Utah. We purchased a set of"Cars" sheets which ended up to be the best investment of my life. He cannot get enough of his "Cars bed" and has done fabulous sleeping in it. I have included some pictures of the first night that he was able to sleep in his bed. You would think he had died and gone to heaven- he was so excited. I honestly cannot get enough of that little boy. I definitely can max out on the "cars" theme but somehow I just love him more everyday. It will be so interesting to see how he does when the baby comes. Needless to say he is pretty much attached to me. Hopefully he will understand and be able to share when the time comes.
I have also attached some of my favorite pics from our vacation. We seriously were ALL over the place and it honestly seemed like 4 weeks of being there would be enough, but of course, there is never enough time!! Splitting time between 2 families and basically 4 places takes a lot, but we honestly had so much fun and we wouldn't have traded any of it. I spent the first week in Idaho Falls with my family- mainly spending most of out time outdoors. We ended up going to Henry's lake up by Yellowstone for one of the days and seriously had the BEST FISHING TRIP of our lives. We caught 7 fish, maxed out on our limit, and had 5 over 5 lbs. Richard pulled in the biggest fish at 10 lbs. It was huge!! I honestly do not think it could have been better. Hudson of course fell in love with boat. Even just this morning right after he woke up, he asked me if we could go on the boat in the water and catch Nemo. He loves everything about being outdoors. We then spent some time in Holden where I was able to see my grandparents. It was so nice to be able to be with them since it had been a year. Then we headed to Park City for the annual Mosher reunion. It was a blast basically swimming and relaxing everyday. Hudson loved to spend time with his cousins and couldn't get enough of the pool. After that it was back up to Idaho Falls where we spent a couple days in Yellowstone and went to Bear World which was a lot of fun. Then it was back down to Springville for the last leg of the vacation with Tim's family. We just loved every second of it and were so happy to have seen most of you.
Anyway, I better sign off for now. I promise I will be better at updating my blog. I hope you are all doing well.
